Soowon is a province in South Korea that is known for their flavorful and high-quality meat. Its famous galbi can be dated back to the 1940s.
Our banchan (side dishes) and traditional Korean cuisine are influenced by the taste of the Jeolla province, the culinary powerhouse of South Korea.
We have preserved those authentic flavors to bring to Koreatown in Los Angeles. Although we are most famous for our sweet and savory Soowon House Galbi that is marinated for 48 hours, we offer a variety of other premium cuts that will melt in your mouth with a dip of salt for flavoring.
